Most tour pros naturally fall into a 3:1 tempo ratio (backswing time vs downswing time). Check yours.

JavaScript is disabled. Formula: Tempo Ratio = Backswing Frames / Downswing Frames. If you shoot 60fps video, and your backswing is 45 frames, and downswing is 15 frames, your ratio is 45/15 = 3.0. Backswing Frames Downswing Frames

Instructions: Shoot a video of your swing (preferably 60fps or higher). Count the frames from takeaway to the top of the swing. Then count the frames from transition to impact.
